The exotic and somewhat mysterious Siamese cat originated in the country of Thailand. They have always been a popular breed of cat, some even residing in royal palaces. Siamese cats,

During the year 1884, the very first Siamese cats started to make their way to England, when they were given as a gift to a British general. After that, they finally made their way to America. Today, Siamese cats are one of the most recognized of the breed. Siamese cats are without a doubt the most popular and among the top 3 shorthair cats of the entire cat breed.

Although there are many different colors for this breed, some people wonder what makes a cat a true Siamese. These cats have always been known for their lighter-colored bodies, with darker areas throughout. The darkest areas found on their bodies are normally around the feet, tail, legs, or face. They can weigh anywhere from 6 to 16 pounds, with bright eyes that are normally slanted - another indication that the cat is a true Siamese.

According to tradition, Siamese is robust, with a truly muscular build and a round head.

They are well-known around the world for their unique color points and personalities. Unlike other breeds, Siamese has a real talent for interacting with humans. If you are looking for a gentle and calm cat, you would not want a Siamese cat. These cats love to play, love to make noise, and they also happen to be the most social breed of cat there is.

Siamese cats require a lot of attention because, in their minds, they believe that the world revolves around them. For this very reason, they can tend to be quite dependent on their owners. They love to play and crave interaction. If you leave them alone for too long, they won't like it. They love attention, love to play, and hate to be left alone.

Although Siamese cats are high maintenance emotionally, they are not high maintenance. They need minimal grooming, which means a bath every once in a while and brushing maybe once or twice a month. If you like low-maintenance cats, Siamese cats are perfect. Their hair is short on their skin, so gentle brushing is all you need. They can, however, get sick, which is normal with any cat breed.

Siamese cats have a similar lifespan to other breeds, which is normally about 15 to 20 years, sometimes even more. As long as you feed him daily and take him to the vet for his regular checkups and injections, he will be around for years and years to come. Most people who have had their Siamese cat for more than 10 years find that the cat is more like a child than a pet.

No matter how you look at it, a Siamese cat is an excellent pet. Although the Siamese breed requires a lot of attention, they are great pets that you can spend a lot of time with. They are also great for children, simply because children can spend a lot of time with them. As long as you give your pet the attention it needs, it will be your friend for life for as long as you have it.
